30-day money back guarantee

If MamaLabs doesn't give you the clarity you were looking for, we'll refund you within 30 days of delivery, as long as you haven't yet received your doctor report. Email info@mamalabs.co with your order number and we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Under EU consumer law, you can also cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and return the kit to us at Precision Protocol Oy, Matinkallio 2B 25, 02230 Espoo, Finland. For hygiene and safety reasons, this applies only to unopened kits with the seal intact. Return shipping is at your own cost unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your kit arrives damaged, incomplete or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo at info@mamalabs.co within 7 days of delivery. We'll ship a replacement free of charge or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
